Agree about the branch.....the place is beautiful......experiment with different compositions!

I don't dislike the inclusion of the branch - it draws the eye towards the mountain, provides a frame for the image and adds interest to what would otherwise be a featureless sky.
However, i find my eye traveling down the flow of the hillside from left to right - drawing attention away from the mountain (and branch) and out of the picture.
I can see you'd want to emphasize the way the mountain sits on top of the scenery, but i feel there's just so much scenery that the mountain loses its significance in the composition.
Cropping significantly from bottom and right could help make the mountain and the branch the dominant elements of the composition - and ensure the branch doesn't look like its in there by accident.
